Step 1:

After placing your order, your photos will be initially reviewed by staff to ensure that all photos have a clear frontal view. In addition, orders without a front view or blurred photos will be contacted or refunded directly to the person who placed the order.

Step 2:

The approved photos will be given to the designer to create an outline (if you upload a full body photo, we will only take the facial features)

Step 3:

The initial outline will be embroidered on an embroidery machine, for special production requirements (EXAMPLE: brown thread for eyes, blonde thread for hair, etc.) please enter in the options box
